Raising Authentic Kids - Lydia Harris (#007)
Mother of two sons, neither of whom really ENJOYED school, Lydia Harris had to figure out how to teach her sons how to survive in life. When her younger son told Lydia that he wanted to be a "repo man", rather than belittling him, she took the time to understand what his goal was and to help him accomplish those dreams.
After teaching her son how to generate income to pay for his own Air Jordans, Lydia decided to capture the lessons in a book entitled "How You Gonna Pay for Those Shoes" which she wrote to help other struggling parents.
